Booking a property

Bookings made with Tropical Lagoon Resort can be done via e-mail, telephone or directly online. If the property requested is available, the resort will make a provisional booking and put an OPTION on the requested property holding it for a maximum of 3 days. A reservation is only confirmed with a 50% deposit and balance paid upon arrival.

Methods of Payment
Payment can be made either by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard), direct bank deposit or cash.

Airport
Kingston's Norman Manley International Airport preferred, approximately a 2 1/2hr drive., while from the Montego Bay airport it is roughly a 4hr drive. Transportation service can be provided if requested.

Check-in/ Check -out
CHECK-IN time is at 1pm or anytime thereafter while CHECK-OUT is at 11am. If not approved, guests will incur additional charges if they exceed the permitted check out time

Discounts
A 10% discount is applicable to Jamaicans, provided they present a local ID.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, guests are entitled to reimbursement of deposit made, less $100USD penalty fee. This is done only if such is indicated a month or more prior to the date of reservation. If one decides to cancel after such time the deposit would be non refundable, however reservations may be forwarded to a future date in order to sustain the deposit.

External maintenance
The owner reserves the right for himself and/or for his representative to access to the property for the maintenance of the external areas and of the swimming-pool.
